How much time do I need?
The really brazen marketers will tell you “just 30-minutes a day!”. But honestly, it may take up to 90 minutes on some days.
You could probably get it done in an hour per day. But I’m not selling a pipe dream so if you can, make time for 60-90 minutes per day for the 7 days.
We all know how those ambitious to-do lists go…the ones we make on Saturday morning with 15 items only to drown in disappointment at the end of the day having crossed off only 3.
